Cancellation & Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Elvora.ai. We are committed to delivering a high-quality digital learning experience and access to advanced AI tools. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains your rights and our obligations in compliance with global consumer protection standards, including those applicable in the EU, UK, US, and Israel.

1. Digital Product & Service Overview

Elvora.ai provides digital services, which may include:

  • AI-based interactive mentoring tools (e.g., Elvo),

  • Live or recorded online courses,

  • Personalized or group mentoring sessions,

  • Limited-time access to premium content and tools.

Upon successful purchase, access to digital services is typically granted immediately or according to a predefined schedule, as specified on the purchase page.

2. General Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services, all purchases are final once access is granted, except where legally required or under specific exceptions outlined below.

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Digital content that has been fully accessed or downloaded,

  • Missed live sessions,

  • Unused access time to the AI tool within the access period,

  • Subscription plans after access has begun.

Exceptions may apply in the following cases:

  • Technical issues on our side that prevent access and cannot be resolved within 72 hours,

  • Duplicate or accidental payments (must be reported within 7 days),

  • Course cancellation or significant schedule changes initiated by Elvora.ai.

To request a refund under these terms, email info@elvora.ai within 7 days of your purchase. Include your full name, transaction details, and the reason for your request.

3. Right to Cancel Under Israeli Law

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, consumers may cancel a remote transaction within:

  • 14 days from the date of the transaction or the date of receiving the service (whichever is later),

  • Provided that the cancellation is made at least two business days before the service begins.

Cancellation must be requested in writing via email. A cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction amount or 100 NIS (whichever is lower) may apply.

Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered or digital content delivered in full.

4. EU/UK Digital Services Directive Compliance

In accordance with EU/UK law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital services within 14 days, unless:

  • The digital content is provided immediately upon purchase with your prior consent, and

  • You acknowledge that you waive the right to withdraw once delivery has begun.

By purchasing a digital product or accessing the service immediately, you agree to this waiver.

5. US Consumer Protection Compliance

In the US, refunds for digital services are not mandated unless otherwise stated. However, in the interest of fairness and transparency, we provide a limited resolution policy for users experiencing technical issues (see Section 2).

6. Mentoring Session Scheduling & No-Show Policy

Live mentoring or training sessions must be scheduled in advance. You may reschedule once, with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will be considered a no-show, and the session will be forfeited.

7. Subscription Renewals and Cancellations

If your purchase includes a recurring subscription (e.g., continued AI access):

  • You can cancel any time before the next billing cycle via your account dashboard or by emailing billing@elvora.ai.

  • Partial refunds are not available for unused time in a subscription cycle once billing has occurred.
